Customer says it just pours water through and makes no ice, tried it on different settings and wont freeze the water, just overfills and floods onto the floor, any ideas what to look at before i book this one in please

Overfilling- surely there should be some shutoff of the water supply to prevent this? Not familiar with the model though.

Not making ice- usual refrigeration troubleshooting techniques should be able to diagnose fairly easily, although I did have a unit in a cooked meat producer, which was housed in the roof void, used to produce ice for packing product, which used to shut down hp in summer due to the ambient temp in the roof void. Had to cut out condenser coil and reposition external to the building.
