Hi All, I'm new here
And my first post is about troubleshooting in ammonia refrigeration
So here's the thing
The system i'm working on is ammonia refrigeration system from 98
The issue right now is high discharge pressure, sometimes it could reach 17.5 barg in compressor in sensor, which is very high. One thing that i found out are piping from condensor to thermosyphon are cool, from thermosyphon there is 2 way, to high receiver and oil cooler, but somehow the piping to HR are kind of hot
The System using Mycom Compressor
N2520 : 2 unit
N2016 : 1 Unit
N1612 : 3 Unit
N160L : 2 unit
With Condensor Evapco PMC 631 : 2 Unit and PMC 536 : 1 unit
Where do i start to reduce the pressure issue, because any modification will required budget approval and takes time. I've got information about balancing line from High Receiver to Inlet line should be open, is it wrong? Because the Location are in Indonesia and we have no winter here
I will try to provide any information required
Thank you very much
