Nathan,
Hope someone here can help you out.
A few questions
What’t it for, personal use, football club or something like that?
How much money in Budget?
How many different types of beer?
How much beer would you expect to use each day or night.
Have you worked out cost saving if keg against cans, or stubbies?

I’m initially thinking just a cool room & fridge for keg or cans or stubbies, seems simpler.

What do you think?

Some links might help, more work with kegs, got to clean lines regularly, or beer taste no good, Co2 required, cooling lines to taps if you want cold beer every pull.

hi

I had worked in Auckland ( Faces bars and sky tower )

in both we had drums on Cold Rooms and one glycol tanks with small pump to circulate glycol .

in this system you could served a lot of taps.
and control temperature of them is a easy .

make a sure stainless steel tanks is big and all beers and glycol pipe have a good insulate .
