Hi all hope your all well, am looking at a paperwork project and am struggling with what gas would be best for a input temp of 40 c to get and output temp of 70-80 c on a single pass. Ive looked at charts but they seem to be pressure and temperature but only on 1 side.... Could anyone help with what gas would be best?

Not sure what you are trying to achieve, but I would start looking and the respective critical temperatures of different refrigerants that will condense at 80'C.

I think R134a gets used in foundry crane ac systems so might be worth looking at that as a starting place.

I'm sure some wiser members will offer some ideas!

Thanks pal, theres a waste water run off at a factory and its at a constant 40c. I was wondering if we could re use the waste heat for some wet heat exchangers and air blowers to warm the warehouse in winter. They need a 70/80c flow temp. So i was looking at a paperwork exercise to see if it is possible 1st.
