Panasonic H11 Error Code

Hello,

Hope you can help me with this problem.

I have a CS-E9LKEW / CU-E9LKE air conditionig with H11 error code.

Following the diagnosis method I disconnected terminal 3 wire and measure VDC between terminal 2 & 3 from the outdoor unit. It should be fluctuate between 20-70VDC.
It is 42VDC not fluctuate.

Then reconnect terminal 3 wire and measure VDC between terminal 2 & 3 from the outdoor unit. It should be fluctuate between 20-50VDC.
It is 2.8VDC not fluctuate.

Does someone had a similar problem?

That sometimes depend on when you are making measurments, before or after error indication.
Also it should be masured at DC voltage scale since AC is only carrier.

At what multimeter position did you make your measurments?

Disconect unit from power supply, and wait 10 min. Then connect your measuring instrument and recconect unit and check voltage at first 10-20 seconds.
