Help with Carrel PCO5/HMI

hello,
our plant is stopped since 2 days because of chiller HMI break down.
we have contacted the manufacturer and it will take more than 2 weeks to send the new HMI and they refused to send the program to download it for a new clear HMI
is there any way to run the chiller without the HMI?
the PCO got alarms and we need to reset them before switching the compressor switch ON

There is possible to control PCO through network interface if it is programed in it.

If you have pCOWEB card you can interface directly using web interface.

The PCO HMI has no software on it. Get another HMI and test it. Maybe you need to set the address of the HMI(Press and hold up down and enter then plug in the power source)
