Cylon controllers

Hi guys,does anyone know the passwords to cylon controllers,iv been given the task of looking over them but im unable to get into them to change set points or adjust anything. The standard up,down,up,down on the control only allows you to see the options but doesnt allow you to access and change them.

Have you tried registering with Cylon to garner information?

No not as yet,will try going through that route,looked on cylon website and they have now become ABB.
