AG-150A contoller

I have taken over the a couple of Mitsubishi split units controller by a AG-150A unit. There no documentation any where I can find on the user name and passwords to access the controller, Try the defaults with no success. Is there a way to reset the passwords?

Looks easy enough according to the instruction manual which means it probably isn't.

I believe this is replying to if you have the username and password, which unfortunately I don't. The person that had set it up passed away.

I believe that you may need to contact Mitsubishi if the password is unknown.
