I have a carrier 40x that I installed for a friend of mine. We got it all running but the box will not get cold enough. It'd 404a the suxtion pressure is around the lower 20s and the head is floating between. 270 and 300. The sight glass is clear most of the time expect when the condenser fan kicks on and off. Could any one point me in the right direction? The logic board is also sending only 6v to the drive clutch. The unit is drive compressor only. Last I check the box was 65 and I had a delta t of 8 degrees f1562715627
