Dear Pro. and Members ... Greetings
I have York type YK G3E3 P85 EOG (VSD size 658 HP/ Freq. 50Hz/400V./ FLA 640) and there is the following problem :
"Motor - High Current Limit" .... "VSD 105% Motor Current Overload" and sometimes "VSD High Phase X Instantaneous Current".
The last fault of high current limit data I printed and I attached here. And note that the operating hours for it is 2826 Hr.
What I have noticed from the 8 times of running data that I printed was the following:

FLA %

Now the chiller do not go over 32 Hz (sometimes less 31Hz ) and the FLA goes up with current reaching 110% and so on while Hz is fixed and PRV in 100%.
I already made PRV calibration, checked the motor CT and both are good.
This YK model the ACC is with the microboard, maybe that do not analyze the inputs correctly and send the fine outputs to VSD card?
Your notes will be helpful to me.
