Hi All.

New guy from Toronto, Ontario.

I have been manufacturing stainless restaurant equipment since 1979.
We make beer, salad, and custom buffet table coolers among other items of course.

I occasionally get asked to quote on custom refrigeration. The latest is a Euro style ice cream freezer.
This seems like the place to bounce a few questions around before I sell something I don't even know how to build. It wouldn't be the first time though, ha...
