Samsung AQV12VBAN with remote ARH-1362 Heat mode disappeared (not available any more)

Hello, on a Samsung AQV12VBAN with remote control ARH-1362, the heat mode disappeared - when switching modes they go Auto-Cool-Dry-Fan-Auto-Cool...... and so on. The customer said something that 8ths came on the screen and then the heat mode disappeared. I opened the remote, and on the PCB there are some places to solder between (sw1-sw11), but I can't find any info on them. Can anyone help me on this, I know it's already an old model, but it's still running good

I fixed it, sorry to bother you guys. The small 0 Ohm resistor that can be seen on the photo is there by default, and I didn't see that it is sw1, and didn't measure it, now after I did so, it showed resistance around 350k. Removed it and soldered the two joints together and the remote is back to normal.
