Clivet chiller... Wsat-xsc3 90.4 - 240

Good day Engineers,

Please coukd someone assist?
I have some Clivet air cool Chillers with one of the chillers showing alarm - Unit 2 offline and another Chiller runs or starts even while it's in off mode (cmd Local Mode - off)
