Try the following.
10 ALARMSPress the ALARM key once to enter the “alarms menu” and view the alarm message along with its code.If there is more than one alarm, scroll the menu using the “Up” and “Down” keys.To reset the alarm, press the ALARM key again and HOLD IT DOWN until “No alarm active” is displayed. If the message does not appear it means that one or more alarm conditions are still active.Press any other key to exit from this menu.

When i tried to press alarm key for 3 second the alarm of high pressure is disappeared but is coming agine after few second.

Every time i have same alarm I just change the complete PCB hardware and every things working good thats means I dont have any problem in my pressure switch.

Around 5 years Im changing around 10 PCB when i have same alarm because i dont have another choose..

Is there a second high pressure switch on the circuit that you are missing? Is the motor thermistor in series with this alarm or any other switch?

Like al said you could have a hp transducer and a Manual reset hp switch it’s not uncommon on some makes of chillers

Do you have continuity through the 2 wires from the sensor?

Disconnect it from the pcb and measure for continuity with a multimeter - even when pressing the reset button.

I dont have any wiring dirgram

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/491905/Climaveneta-W3000-Compact.html?page=30#manual

Here is the manual, there is a description of the board and connections. Also check the factory settings - at what pressures HP is etc.

Maybe it will help.

If you have continuity whole time on control circuit related to that alarm, you should take that board to electronic repair shop and tell them to check digital inlet which is related to that alarm. Probably optocoupler issue!

If there is no problem with related digital inlet than it is software issue and you should contact dealer of these units!

Are you saying that you have 11 separate chillers with same alarm?

Had a similar problem turned out to be the battery module which feeds the alarm relays if memory serves me right. Caused by low battery voltage but for some reason gives up hp fault.

But you probably dont have acess to change programing off these PCO-s since Climavenata is making its own software for PCO and it is protected.

Your best bet is to contact manufacturer.

By my expirience, they will never admit that their software is faulty and you will be bounced around like some stupid monkey folowing their instructions. But, maybe you will be lucky monkey!

I usualy install μchiller2 SE in that case, if it is possible.

Are you sure that High pressure alarm comes from HP switch but not HP sensor?
