Freezer temperature controller

Hi Guys.
Does anyone know where I can get any info on a temperature controller model: "FL-828". Brand:"Victory".

Its in a Chinese 4 door stainless steel freezer.The model of the freezer is "FDF-1278" I need to adjust some settings.
I would appreciate any help.......... thanks.
