Yep, i've an under ceiling fitted as back up a few years ago, they wanted to keep this one limping along!

Domestic ac in server rooms are tricky.
I usually install dual discharge cooling unit with freezing protection sensor to avoid icy evaporators but our weather is different.

Also most places won't pay for anything beyond domestic ac, most places would get by opening a window!
