Hi Mark.
To be able to help we need more info.
Could you tell us, what model chiller and what controller.
When you say both Chillers are disabled what fault is showing?
Do they have an electric supply to them?
Or do you have a chiller fault that is stopping them from running.
Many questions, I am afraid?

Hi Grizzly
Thank you for your answer.
I was able to solve the problem, it was in the configuration in the external consent disabled item.

That will be no electrical supply to them then.
If its not getting a run signal it is not going to work.
Thanks for letting us know then Mark/
