mre212 in manual 5.6 to 5.9 is a fair indication of what needs to be replaced.
Your machine may not have Variable Vi in which case a guide block & pin may need inspection.
In general 50,000hrs would always replace following.

Gasket & “0” ring kit
shaft seal assembly
thrust bearings
locknut & washer kit
main & side bearings
balance piston & sleeve
guide block & pin
indicator “V” ring seal
unload piston cap seal

machine then good for another 30 t0 40,000 hours.
