Johnson Control’s should help you out, especially if you buy parts from them

JCI will help you only if you are employed by them.

Aki, you have a bad contact at JCI.
We find ours more than helpful, especially if you buy parts.
Fridgemonkey offers nothing to the forum that I can see.
You only hear when they want something.

I just try to help.
The true is that JCI is very closed and strange company for the service guys like us.
So I just try to say it is not company like Sabroe 20 years ago.

If you want to help, that’s great.
I just get frustrated that people only post something when they want something.
They do not seem to offer anything back.
Once I sent something to a guy for Millard in USA, basically got what he wanted, then no thanks, nothing.
It was for S87 Sabroe.
We find JCI Australia very helpful if we buy parts, which is fair enough.
We support them, they support us , maybe we are lucky!

I agree with AKI, JCI has an information embargo on all the information here in Europe unless you are a member of their tribal team.

Ranger you are absolutely right about guys who just want some information and not give us anything.
I was think that you try to tell me that I am doing something wrong.
But I still stand behind what I sad about JCI.
