i don't have data. can i calculate The heat rejection of an air cooled condenser from this equation :
Qrej = U · A · LMTD

Do you have any data on the expansion valve make and model? This might give you a rough guide.

Please measure the length of pipes and dia of that with how many fine has in one inch and size of fins

Also nomber of fans with espification of that
