Turbo CF12SC Ice Maker making too much slush

Good Day! This is my first post and I would like to kindly request opinions as to why my Turbo ice maker CF12SC is making too much slush right a few minutes after ice harvesting so much so that it clogs up the drain channels to the sump eventually emptying the sump of water. Please help.

Ken, Is this a Vogt Turbo?
Can’t find out what it is to try & help.

Yes it says Turbo on the name plate but now Vogt Ice is supplying parts for this Ice maker.
