Williams/LAE controller

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between controllers Williams use and the LAE ones that appear to be exactly the same but far cheaper from Hawco and not direct from Williams please? (WUBC2 & WUBC3)

Any help much appreciated.
