Does anyone know why the second compressor doesn't start when the water temperature is higher then 20°C(68°F) what causes the lockout? What are the settings/restrictions?

To prevent high pressure and high return suction temperature

Thanks, i will put in a 3-way valve to reduce the temp at startup
