YAES 0525, 2 circuits, 1 comp each, starting contactor (principal and star) during 1 to 2 seconds and stopped. Same on the 2 circuits. Checks CT 50ohms, continuity line HP motor protect goldair, winding comp, contactors coil auxiliary contacts, electronic boards supply 5CC 12CC 24CC visual inspections.
so 30amp clampmeter during 1second,
Registred board zero amp, 0%, mssg Star/Delta OFF.

Is the issue happening on the transition to delta?

Thks al, yes the interruption occured just 1.5 second after (principal & star)

Is there a chance that the auxillary contacts on the contactors are "bouncing" at change over? We had issues with early versions doing this, a fix was to fit a storage heater contactor to slow the transition, maybe change one set of contactors first in case they have worn the contacts down.

_ one before I've changed motor protector on each compressor
power supply 220V on, contact M1 M2 was tested alone without wiring, as good continuity ohms, that is to say shut.
_ now wiring of contact (M1 M2) shunted without action protector module, RUNNING
also I've one of old Texas Klixon 41AA1600E= running 1 circuit right,
the other old one out of order
