R23 Recovery Unit

I must buy a recovery unit , a unit can handle big pressure refrigerants like R23 and R508 . My problem is this: only one found somwhere in USA but after a few mails nobody answer back . Any of you have one buyed from Europe ? Please help me with a link or a Producer name. Best regards .
