USA coil Software (problem )

Hi
when rating a condenser in usa coil software, there is CFM for axial fan.( my axial fan has a label for example 4000 cfm).
which one is correct for cfm in software:
1-SCFM
2- ACFM
3- determine cfm with a velocity meter device

if i dont have a Velocity metering device, what is the reasonable number for CFM.
