Panasonic HZ9RKE Heat pump

I have a 2016 heat pump and suddently it stopped, and i was able to get error code H97 out of it.

From Google I see this means Outdoor fan motor - DC MOtor mechanisn locked

The outdoor fan blades rotated fine by hand, so its not the motor seized up..

Anyone seen this error before and can assist ?

This can often be either a fault in the fan motor or the inverter drive for the motor. Further investigation would be required to determine where the fault is.
