Hi
Call out to Toshiba wall unit RAV-SM562KRT-E not heating.
While cycling through the controller the heat symbol is missing and went into the system configuration menu, 0F-heat mode to select available but after saving this setting and going into the config. the controller shows 0001 unavailable
The controller is RBC-AM31e
I'm Stuck.. any advice:confused:

Hi FIXIT,

In my opinion there are three menus you need to check \ set up for all modes to be available.

0d = 0000 (auto mode available)
0F = 0000 (heat mode available)
2d = 0015 (all modes available)

GT Phelans in Bray should be able to help you - they're the Toshiba distributor for Eire

It is a single system
changed 0F to 0000 but it will not save that change.
i will put it down to faulty indoor board.
