Bitzer reciprocating compressor overhauling period

What is the general overhauling period for Bitzer make double stage hermi-sealed compressor. Refrigerant is R404A, Oil is BSE32. Let assume all parameters are with in limit while working.

if every parameters in the compressor is OK .
then you have short gas in your system
in 2 stage system your carter is a intermideat.
sightglass in both liquid line and intermediate line should be full
also check CIC is working

Bitzer compressor 6G-34Y needs use Cic or don't need for R404a.
