Hi guys

I have leaking in compressor Carlyle 06NW2300S5EA from rotor cover , I have overhauled many compressors like this but i never opened the rotor cover , and in Carrier manual saying if you opened this ,you have to change the the compressor with new compressor because of clearance.
Has any one opened and then the compressor worked fine ?

Hi, I've overhauled many of these carrier 06n screw compressors, if it's leaking,take of the gear wheel cover, pull off the small gear wheel, and then take the whole screw pack out and change the oring, any problems let me know
