Have a carrier chiller model number 30RBA16064-5---3 that we are getting a "no communication" alarm/error every now and then. We have to toggle power off and back on to restart chiller. any suggestions? We have checked connections and the manual without any luck.

Is this a single one or duty/standby config. What is the alarm code? If it is for a individual compressor circuit then check the communication bus connected to the boards, check visually for loose connection or rusted pins, Remove from the connector clean with electronics board contact cleaner spray and then re fix it.
If it is okay then may be the board is faulty, you have to replace/swap (if possible) to confirm it.
Is chiller is connected with BMS then also check the command signal.

You need to give the alarm code so we know exactly which comms alarm you have as there are several.
