Does anyone know the cost of renewal of refcom certification for a small business ie sole trader,mine is running out and tk be honest I have been registered since day one and feel like its a waste of money do you have to be registered with refcom legally,although I passed 2078 and 2079

i have done the old google on this subject and not found a definative answer,so the next call is to the enviroment agency to get clarification as they are the agency who know the law,i will post my results, after my talks with them it seems likr a grey area but i could be wrong,awaiting a comment from rob a man in the know before i move.

According to this register, "fgasregister" it is a legal requirement to be registered.
