Eco triple fan freezer evaporator fan wiring

Worked on one of these evaporators today one of the fans had siezed ,replaced the fan motor and it did not run although the other two did checked for power no voltage traced it to what i can only call a stupid connection block located behind the fan,so one cable comes out of the junction box then hidden in the path to motors is this connection block yes its oem,I have seen some crazy ways to wire stuff but this is out of the idiots manual.

What fan make and model?
EBM has wierd connections.

No problem with the fan,it was they way eco wire the supply they should have wired each motor to the junction box instead of one feed out of the box and crazy junctions enroute to the motors,ok it saves about .5 of a metre of cable but mental
