Hitachi split

Hitachi RAC-35NPA condensing unit has 240v i, but no power going to indoor unit. Circui board led 3 constantly flashes red with no sequence.
does anybody know of hitachi technical help number, tried loads of internet searches and nothing came back.

Is it DC voltage to power the indoor only or is there 240v indoor supply as well? copy of fault codes: http://www.logicool-ac.com/wp-content/themes/logicool/pdf/faultcodes/RAC.pdf
Thermofrost cryo and Logicool are agents, maybe try them?

Not sure. I need more info to check. No leds lit on indoor board and I was checking for ac 240v as not came across dc power to indoor. Power light does not come on cassette panel.

Depends on which model, some older units (if i'm remembering right) were Dc only to indoor, ones i've fitted recently are L,N, and 2 core for comms.
