Carrier Pulsor 400

Hi guys, anybody have a manual and wiring diagram etc for a Pulsor 400?
Having problems with one showing A631
Can’t seem to find any info anywhere, first time we have had one in the workshop!

That fault code relates to the inverter,unbalanced voltage I have not worked on one of those units
