Paragon 8145 mounting location

Greetings,
Although I have never done so, due to limited options I would like to mount a Paragon mechanical timer inside a small back-bar style refrigerated storage box. Nothing in the 8145 installation manual mentions mounting locations, nor are there warnings such as "dry location only". My customer is old school and does not want a digital, which of course there's plenty of room for. Does anyone have experience with doing this.

A cheaper mechanical timer is available much smaller than the paragon type,not sure what they are called flash timer comes to mind?

Similar but simpler with no fan delay but contacts that can power small defrost elements

Thanks, I found a Paragon with a B suffix, which is a bare timer no enclosure. Fits fine in our box in the area below the case.
