Hi got a project that may happen, onews of my customers wants me to turn one of his old refrigerated trailers into a blast freezer not yet founder out what he wants as in loading of this trailer it's an old refrigerated trailer and it has a capacity of 24 pallets but on the conversion he will load it with at a guess a maximum of ten mostly meat has anyone ever converted or done one,the dimensions are and these are approximate 38 foot long 7.5 feet wide and 8 foot high any advice would be appreciated.

Before you get too involved have a good look at the insulation and the door.
I would expect some damage, I don't think I have ever seen a used trailer in pristine condition.

Most manufacturers like Alfa laval, Guenter and may others make evaporators for this purpose.

You will need A LOT of air to go through 12 meters of products.
extra three walls for diverting the air and controls.
First you will need to calculate the heat load.
if you want I can make a drawing and upload to explain.
I have built a few in the past.

Cad I’ve done this a fair bit I got a Gunther dual discharge evap of john and banged it right in the middle and did not loose that much height the issue I had was finding a coil that would fit between the walls but if you can you can have fan velocity grills to give you more throw
