Anyone had experience with multiple compressor failures on same system & did you find a cause? Checked the usual - refrigerant quantity, oil for acid, oil return. Starting to run out of ideas.. Not getting any error codes until the compressor, inverter pcb and noise filter pcb have all failed.

Have you cut open any of the failure compressors?
