Are there any fault codes showing?

What are the operating temperatures?

Does it restart?

We can't see the system so some help needed.

Hi the temp is on 55 no fault codes are coming up also I switch back on and this will run another 2 hours

Slowly pulling teeth he continues...

Please give us some data to work with.

A set point of 55°C tells us very little about what is happening.

Diificult to second guess this one. There are a few possibilities that it could be and I would not want to jump to an incorrect conclusion.
As it would appear to possibly be time related, check that there are no strange timer settings invoked.

You should read service manual and find what function alarm is having 2 hours delay before alarm is activated!

For further help, you should post model name!

The model number can be found on the data plate, which is usually on the external surface of the unit.

Hi the model number is EDHQ016BB6V3
heating only hope that helps 3phase so well

Have you checked that the field settings are correct for the installation?

Have you performed a test run and did it complete satisfactorily?

Hi I have done a test run all ok since I drop it to 40 it's working really good maybe at 55 with outdoor temp at night of 15 there is a reason why it cut off

Domestic hot water tank is installed or not?
What is your 8.01 field setting?

(b) Heating/cooling or domestic water heating mode can be restricted by schedule timer and/or field settings (4, 5, 8).

[4-02] Space heating off temperature: outdoor temperature
above which space heating is turned off to avoid overheating.

It would be best that you post here all your field settings!

How does it perform if you run it under weather compensation?

eurocooling

It run great at 40 it's very rare we gets temps below 6 degrees

Brian_UK

So you are setting at 40 not under weather control?

eurocooling

Yes it's set at 40 and working perfect if I set at 55 cuts off

Yes it's set at 40 and working perfect if I set at 55 cuts off
If that's the case, I would be looking at the condensing side of the system

It could be reduced water flow or potentially an air bubble causing reduced flow. if the system works fine when set at 40degC, there may be insufficient heat transfer at the elevated temperature. There should be a minimum deltaT of 5degC. 55degc at right at the top end of the capability of the unit. Possibly the heat loss of the system and building prevents the system from achieving 55degc and the unit may be cutting out on high compressor temperature. This would not necessarily indicate a fault code as the system would eventually stop and then restart after a time period.
