Hi can any one help I put the indoor units on test run for quite a while the outdoor unit does not come on problem is I can not get to the outdoor unit as it is lock in a cage and it is 30 ft up in the air I am getting no codes flashing after a couple of hours can any one help before I go back with a lifter ?
