Relief Diffusers

Anyone point me in the right direction for a relief line Diffuser?

Coming from California where we are normally required to install an ammonia diffusion tank. I have a customer is asking to relief to atmosphere using a "rocket launcher". Is this a particular brand or style?

Maybe that is a slang name for the Vilter A13899 style diffuser. I couldn't find a picture, but they have a conical rain cap at the top. Which, with a bit of imagination, makes it look like a cartoon rocket.
