ff200ep fridge freezer the fridge is warm and the freezer iced up

hi i have a ff200ep and the fridge is warm and the freezer iced up ,iv done what it said on the forum ie defrosting with a hair dryer took both panels off more de iceing put it all back and its still the same i have spotted a couple of sensors and the heating coil but not sure what to do next any advice please

Fan motor might not be working. Usually there is heavy frost along the top of the cooling coil for that fault.
If ALL of the coil was thick with ice...your auto defrost isn't working.

Generally speaking dual temp refrigerators supply the freezer section first then onto the refrig/ chill section. Your problem sounds like system is short of refrigerant charge if chill section is warm and freezer section is super icing up. There is a leak in system somewhere.
