In using adiabatic capillary tube, does the refrigerant temperature
remains constant until the flash point is reached?

Hi BWD,
An adiabatic process is one that occurs without transfer of heat or matter between a system and its surroundings. The adiabatic process provides a rigorous conceptual basis for the theory used to expound the first law of thermodynamics, and as such it is a key concept in thermodynamics.
Translated to engineering speak:
The refrigerant can not start to absorb heat until it reach the end of your capillary tube and expands.
