McQuay Chiller Problem

HI,

I have a mcquay chiller PFS 330.3 ( china ) with Siemens controller.
It does not show any alarm but still the compressors are not taking the start command.
the startup time is set at 180 sec and the countdown is not starting.Kindly help

Hi first of all check the evaporators water flow, clean strainer, make sure pump works properly or the flow switch!! If you don't have enough Δp the machine will not start.

Did you check remote on-off contact?

Hi,

I have a McQuay PFS 330.3 . Date is not getting updated in the chiller controller.
I am using the admin login but still no success. Please suggest.
