I have a truck Carrier Genesis R 70
The engine is running a little bit and then stops and issued a strong noise and a lot of black smoke But I note that the clutch works at the beginning ? Is not normal
There are no alarm in the Control Box !!
We have examined the battery and all Relay and fusible
I have checked the compressor and the engine manually, there is no problem everything spins running smoothly

Looks like belt slip to me.

But in the normal state the engine is running first and then after 7 or 10 seconds and then works to clutch spins the compressor and alternator
Here are the opposite
Engine starts overload !!

Fuel filter there is one in the pump near tank,one near the engine try starting it on a heat cycle adjust temperature to +20

But still when you started running
Just the noise and black smoke and then stop !!

Try taking the belt off to compressor and see if it will run be careful only do this for a short time or engine will overheat

I after remplacing feul filter and clean pump feul filter the ingine want to start normal but now i have Air in feul seystem how I can remove it ? :):D

There is a bleed screw on the injection pump on the side of it think it's a 12mm spanner size,it should bleed itself thru the return line
