Williams Blast Chiller WBC 30

Hi Guys.
Can anyone help, only I have blast chiller as above. Which the customer insists is not working correctly. There is no problem with the refrigeration side that I can find.
However the condensing unit does seem to cycle on and off rather a lot.
I am beginning to suspect a rogue setting somewhere?
Can anyone help with the details of how to access the control parameters etc.

It's one of those Blue Half moon shaped controllers with the 2 windows.
