Subcooler/economiser approx temp difference on Carrier 30HXC190

Hi guys, i am a newbie and this is my first post. As you can see i'm from Belgium and not familiar with english writing. So if i make some stupid phrases don't kill me :o

I have trouble with a carrier 30HXC190 chiller, equipped with screw 06N, watercooled and flooded evap., french design. Control is a Pro Dialog phase 3.
The machine has brazed plate heat exchangers (BPHE) used as subcoolers, same principle as closed economisers.

One side of the BPHE is used to subcool the liquid from the condensor the other side is used with an exv (danfoss TQ) to evaporate and the exit (superheated) gas is fed to the economiserport to cool the compressor motor.

Is there anywone who has experience with those BPHE subcoolers and can give me a approx temp differential subcooling (degree K) hat they can generate across the liquid side from the exchanger?

Where are the specialists? Please let me know.

welcome to the forum.
Carrier France would be a good start for information and specified sub cooling design.
The SST at the economizer port / partial port pressure governs the degree of sub cooling. Would imagine at least 15 ' C delta K as a suggested minimum. Dependent on capacity and surface area of Heat exchanger as well.
