30GX 20IH00100.zip SCPM replacement error 36

Hi,

I am replacing SCPM module for 30GX115, old one was defective (sparks, burned circuit board).
I received 5001-SCPM-A2 kit, but instructions said i need to program card with PD5 SCPM REPLACEMENT software which was not included in SCPM replacement kit :confused:

We have tried to look from emea but no go. Old computers have been looked through, no go.

With PD4 SCPM (scpm3040.cmd) software downloaded in to the card, machine gives me 3 errors (load solenoid, oil solenoid, compressor contactor, alm_1 = 36 communication eroor PSIO), when i mess up the SCPM address by dip switches, i have 5 errors so i think connection between PSIO and SCPM works fine, but i think i should not waste anymore time without software mentioned in manual.

Where i could get 20IH00100.ZIP (PD5 SCPM REPLACEMENT) ?
Any other option to get it work?

when replacing the scpm moduale it needs to be programed by a carrier engineer due to the ccn modbus some times if u give them the modal and serail of the chiller and the software version they can upload the software to the board and send it to you.in your case you need to contact carrier
