have a manitowoc Q210 ice maker that runs its cycle but will not make ice

Is it at least making a chunk of ice, but maybe not falling off(harvesting)? Please provide some more information, like is any ice forming, how long is it running, has a compressor kicked on, is it maybe stuck in clean cycle?
