Zanotti GM1 controller - manual?

I'm looking for a manual for the Zanotti GM1 condensing unit controller. I couldn't see any model number on the controller itself.

I figured out how to get into the menu, just not what each TLA (three letter abbreviation) stands for?

I'm after looking at the fan and defrost settings (evap keeps icing up) so if anybody just knows the TLA's off the top of their head then that would be just as useful.
